The Turkish Speaking Club has been organized online by the Yunus Emre Institutes in Seoul, Tokyo, Nur-Sultan and Kuala Lumpur as part of the “2021 Yunus Emre and Turkish Year”. The subject of the speaking club was Yunus Emre.

“Turkish International Speaking Club” was organized by Yunus Emre Institutes in Seoul, Tokyo, Nur-Sultan and Kuala Lumpur within the framework of the 2021 Yunus Emre and Turkish Year.

Many Turkish-speaking participants from different countries came together at the event which held online within the framework of the "2021 Yunus Emre and Turkish Year" declared by the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey (ROT) and UNESCO to commemorate the 700th anniversary of Yunus Emre's death.

Ambassador of Turkey to Seoul Ersin Erçin, Ambassador of Turkey to Tokyo Korkut Güngen and Ambassador of Turkey to Nur-Sultan Ufuk Ekici also attended the event.

At the event, the participants gave speeches on the worldview and philosophy of humanity of the great thinker Yunus Emre, and samples from his poems and hymns were read.

The International Turkish Speaking Club, which is organized regionally at regular intervals and found very beneficial by its participants, and will continue in the coming period with participation from Asian countries.
