Higher Education in Turkey Discussed in Khartoum
At Turkish Cultural Center of Yunus Emre Institute in Khartoum, a program was carried out on higher education opportunities in Turkey. Many academics and Sudanese youth from different universities in Sudan participated in the program.
At the Turkish Cultural Center in Khartoum, he conducted a program that detailed everything related to study possibilities in Turkish universities.
At Turkish Cultural Center of Yunus Emre Institute in Khartoum, Sudan's capital, a special program was organized for Sudanese youth and academcians who want to study in Turkey. In the program organized in cooperation with the Association of Graduates of Turkish Universities and institutes in Sudan on January 11th, 2021, opportunities and alternative options in Turkish university were discussed in detail.

The program was joined by the Director of Omdurman Islamic University, and a number of professors and academics from the International University of Africa, University of Khartoum and the University of the Noble Qur’an, in addition to the presence of a large number of Sudanese and foreign students residing in Sudan. In the program Turkish scholarships, Foreign Students Exam (YÖS), Türkiye Diyanet Foundation scholarships, and the possibilities of Turkish universities were told.
SUDANESE GRADUATES FROM TURKISH UNIVERSITIES SHARED THEIR EXPERIENCES
The program was presented by Dr. Yasser Daoud, Professor, Professor Nadia Ali, / Israa Al-Sir, and Professor , Shadi Ahmed. They shared their experience and knowledge in answering all questions of the Sudanese youth.
Dr. Yasser Daoud, concluded. the program, by answering all questions related to the Turkish scholarships. “The application for Turkish scholarship ends on February 20, 2021. The registration must first be made on the Turkish scholarship web account http://www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr. And through it, you should complete the registration for the scholarship. The application part for web site is in both Arabic and English. ” he said.
The program has attracted the attention of many African youth who want to receive academic education opportunities in Sudan annually in various fields, as many of them are likely to go to Turkey and benefit from educational opportunities there.
