The Premiere Enthusiasm at Chicago Turkish Film Days

Five prominent Turkish films are brought to the US moviegoers within the scope of the Chicago Turkish Film Days.

The film week started with the US premiere of "Türk İşi Dondurma" (Turkish Ice Cream) on Saturday, on May 4 at Chicago's famous cinema center Gene Siskel Film Center and will continue with the screening of "Babam ve Oğlum" (My Father and My Son), "Buğday" (Grain), and "Kalandar Soğuğu" (Cold of Kalandar). The Chicago Turkish Film Days will end with the US premiere of "Çiçero" (Cicero), which will be screened between June 1 and 4.

During the event held by Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Chicago and Yunus Emre Institute's Washington DC Branch in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Directorate of Cinema, two people who watch both the films premiered in the US will be selected by lot and they will be gifted with round-trip air tickets from the Turkish Airlines.
