Record Demand for Turkish TV Series and Turkish Courses in Kazakhstan

In line with the intense demand for Turkish cinema and TV series abroad, Turkish language and culture continue to meet with the global audience.

Turkish courses are in high demand by Kazakh people in order to watch Turkish TV series in Turkish, to get an education in Turkey and to have a good career. 

Kazakhstan ranked first among the countries showing great interest in the online Turkish courses organized by Yunus Emre Institute in 196 countries. 

Thousands of Kazakh people applied to the online Turkish courses of Astana Yunus Emre Institute, which has been conducting its activities throughout Kazakhstan since 2010 and strengthening the relations between the two countries. 

10 thousand Kazakh trainees will participate in online Turkish courses continuing with great interest. 

TURKISH TV SERIES INCREASE INTEREST IN TURKISH LANGUAGE AND TURKISH CULTURE 

Elements of Turkish culture such as family, strong family ties, cultural elements and places portrayed in Turkish TV series are passed on to different regions of the world, contributing to an increase in interest in Turkish. 

A lottery will be held among the Kazakh trainees who will be selected on the basis of their attendance and success, and 10 people will win a round-trip flight ticket to Istanbul. 

8 thousand Kazakh people applied to Astana Yunus Emre Institute's online Turkish courses last year. Through the courses organized by the institute, it reached everywhere in Kazakhstan, where traces of Yunus Emre can be found in the north and Hoca Ahmet Yesevi in the south.
