The International Silk Road Festival attended by the countries located on the historic Silk Road was held in Osijek, the Croatia's third largest city, Beli Manastir and Jakovo between June 14 and 16.

The three-day festival showcased folk dances by artists in traditional attire from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Iran, Italy, India and China.

The sufi music recital and sema show performed by Kadim Traditional Turkish Music Ensemble with support from Yunus Emre Institute was very popular with the audience.

Ambassadors of many countries as well as local and foreign guests attended the event.
