Tanini Trio in Tivat World Music Festival

Tanini Trio has represented Turkey in Tivat World Music Festival, which is Montenegro's first international world music festival.

During the festival held in Tivat, Montenegro between September 12 and 14, 2019, musicians from three continents presented their local tunes to the taste of the audience.

The festival started with the opening concert by Serbian singer Bilja Krstić and Bistrik Orchestra. On its third day, Tanini Trio took stage with support from Yunus Emre Institute's Podgorica Branch and Turkish Airlines (THY) Podgorica Office, with their repertoire blending classical Turkish and Western tunes. Consisting of qanun player Tahir Aydoğdu, ney player Bilgin Canaz and pianist Burçin Büke, Tanini Trio gave a concert in Tivat Public Museum Outdoor Concert Hall, making the audience enjoy an unforgettable night.
