Turkish Cuisine Week Events in Dakar

Turkish Embassy in Dakar organized various events as part of the Turkish Cuisine Week.

As part of the events, applied culinary training was given to the culinary students of the school in question on May 24, 2022, in cooperation with Dakar Yunus Emre Institute and Senegal National Tourism and Hotel Management School.

During the training, Mahmut Kara, the chef of Turkish Embassy in Dakar, introduced Turkish dishes to the students for a week.

Diplomats, statesmen, bureaucrats, and representatives of institutions in Senegal were served dinner on May 27, hosted by Ahmet Kavas, Turkey’s Ambassador to Dakar.
