Rosemary Mbabazi, Minister of Youth and Culture of Rwanda, received Burcu Çevik, Turkish Ambassador to Kigali and Enes Karaçoban, Kigali Yunus Emre Institute Coordinator.

During the meeting held on December 7, 2022 during the visit of Rosemary Mbabazi, Minister of Youth and Culture of Rwanda, projects and cultural issues that can be cooperated between Turkey and Rwanda were discussed. 

Mbabazi, Minister of Youth and Culture of Rwanda was informed about the projects and activities carried out by Yunus Emre Institute in different parts of the world.

YEI KIGALI’S ACTIVITIES FOR 2023 DISCUSSED

The importance of joint projects and activities to be carried out in various fields between Turkey and Rwanda was emphasized at the meeting. The cultural and artistic activities planned to be carried out by Kigali Yunus Emre Institute throughout Rwanda in 2023 were also discussed.

Mbabazi, Minister of Youth and Culture of Rwanda, expressed her satisfaction with the cooperation between Turkey and Rwanda and expressed her wish for the two countries to realize more projects together.
