Cologne Yunus Emre Institute introduced marbling art with a booth they opened at the Tulip Festival held in Cologne between June 9-12, 2022. Marbling art, which colors the festival, became the center of attention for everyone from 7 to 70.

Concerts, conferences, cultural and artistic events, and various special events for children were held at the festival, which took place on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of its opening for worship at the DITIB Central Mosque. During the festival, marbling, glass, lettering, calligraphy, and wood burning art performances were followed with interest.

HELLO TO MARBLING ART

During two days, the festival participants had the opportunity to get to know marbling art closely. The interested people, especially the children, took the helm and created marbling in the colors they chose. In addition, with marbling art, they made tulip motifs, one of the main artistic elements of Islamic culture and art.
