Jerusalem Yunus Emre Institute continues to reach out to all corners of Palestine and bring together those who are interested in Turkey and Turkish culture with Turkish language teaching and cultural activities.

The Institute took the first step towards launching Turkish courses in the city of Nablus, adding to its large-scale Turkish language teaching activities across the country.

A cooperation protocol was signed between Jerusalem Yunus Emre Institute and Evtar Cultural Center in Nablus on December 28, 2022, covering Turkish language teaching and cultural fields.

A NEW ONE ADDED TO THE LONG LIST OF COOPERATING INSTITUTIONS

At the signing ceremony held at the Evtar Cultural Center, Jerusalem Yunus Emre Institute Coordinator Reha Ermumcu emphasized that Yunus Emre Institute has added a new one to the long list of cooperating institutions in through their Turkish language teaching activities.

NABLUS RESIDENTS WILL LEARN TURKISH

Coordinator Ermumcu stated that they are currently organizing Turkish courses for students studying at Najah University in Nablus, and with the aforementioned project, all Nablus residents will be able to participate in Turkish courses.

Ermumcu noted that with this cooperation, Yunus Emre Institute's Turkish courses as well as cultural and social projects will be implemented in Nablus.

THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WERE INTRODUCED TO TURKISH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE

Pointing out that the Institute organizes Turkish courses in all cities of Palestine, Ermumcu underscored that thousands of Palestinian students came together with Turkish language and Turkish culture thanks to these courses throughout 2022.
