Yunus Emre Enstitüsü attended 5th International Students Graduation Ceremony and Career Days

Yunus Emre Enstitüsü attended the 5th International Students Graduation Ceremony and Career Days organised by Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB).

Event held in ATO Congresium on May 13th and 14th 2016 was attended by Turkish Republic Vice Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan, Turkish Republic Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, President of Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Assoc. Prof. Şeref Ateş, representative of foreign governmental organisations as well as nearly 5000 international students to graduate at the end of this year. Following the graduation ceremony, the fair titled Career Days featuring stands of more than fifty institution, organisation and companies took start and Yunus Emre Enstitüsü and Sound of Turkish stands became centres of attention for the visitors both with their designs and games prepared particularly for foreigners.

Deputy Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan who visited our stand, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and the accompanying delegation wished success to our Enstitü.

Head of YTB Assoc. Prof. Kudret Bülbül who visited our stand as part of the event, stated that the interest to the fair exceeded the expectations and marked that especially the live broadcasts and contests organised by Sound of Turkish Radio livened up and dynamized the fair. Bülbül congratulated Yunus Emre Enstitüsü for their operations and pointed out that these operations filled a two-centuries old gap and Enstitü discharges a serious responsibility in promoting Turkish language and culture in the world. Bülbül underlined that the cooperation and collaboration between the two institutions with similar missions will continue and he coloured up the fair by participating in the contest organised by the Radio.

Foreign students who visited Enstitü's stand, both got information on Enstitü's operations abroad and had fun in Sound of Turkish Radio contests as “Yes-No” and “Guess What”.
