In Vienna, the capital of Austria, director Bekir Bülbül's film " Cloves and Carnations" met with the audience on February 29th, 2024, within the scope of the European Film Festival, with the support of Vienna Yunus Emre Institute (YEI).

Many films from 15 countries were presented to art lovers at the European Film Festival, hosted by Stadtkino, one of the historical cinema halls of the capital, and where Vienna YEI also participated

Following the greeting speech of Vienna YEI Director Ayşe Yorulmaz, the film Cloves and Carnation was also screened.

In the film, which deals with the tragedy of an elderly refugee and his grandchild returning to their country where the war continues, the contradictions between two generations between conflict, returning and staying are discussed.

Trükiye's Ambassador to Vienna Ozan Ceyhun and Vienna Consul General Cafer Mert Özmert also attended the screening of the film.
