Women Directors Film Festival in Romania

Bucharest Yunus Emre Institute (YEI), representing Turkey, attended Cinefeminia (Women Directors Film Festival), organized within the framework of the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) and supported by many embassies and cultural institutions.

Bucharest Yunus Emre Institute participated in the festival with Emine Emel Balcı's film "Until I Lose My Breath", which both wrote and directed the script. The film in question became the most watched film in the first three days of the festival, according to the festival data.

Bucharest Yunus Emre Institute participated in AsiaFest (Asian Countries Festival), another traditional annual festival, in the cinema category with the film "Ertuğrul 1890".

The film, which met with the audience in Bucharest's Titan Park, was highly appreciated by the audience for its Turkish-Japanese partnership, being suitable for the content of the festival and the reality of the scenes.
